The Career Change Programme typically involves three stages:
Stage 1
- Recognising the need to move on
- Identifying relevant skills and achievements
- Compiling a personal profile (CV)
- Analysing a spectrum of career options
Stage 2
- Devising a flexible plan
- Discovering how to pursue opportunities with confidence
- Preparing for interview or first business meeting
Stage 3
- Dealing with set backs
- Ongoing support from Mint Consulting
By the end of the programme each individual will have compiled a record of the personal information they have gathered and developed throughout the programme.
The personal information pack will include:
- Relevant personal profile (CV)
- Details of particular career options
- Copy of the flexible plan
- Guidance on how to pursue career options
- Specific feedback on interview technique
- Individual strategies to deal with set backs
- Details of designated consultant who will remain their main point of contact for an agreed period
