Ben experience spanning over 15 years has taken him to 3 different continents working in Manufacturing, Construction and Service industries. Ben spent 9 years in recruitment and finance with O'Grady-Peyton International offering a multitude of staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across the USA. Since returning to Ireland in 2001 he has work in Manufacturing and service industries and joined Mint Recruitment in 2013.

Brendan Colclough
Brendan has over 20 years' experience in developing and facilitating Executive Management Training programmes. During his career Brendan shaped and personalised coaching sessions for Small, Medium and Large enterprises worldwide.
